Décines is the prototype of an intergenerational residence with an active neighbourhood incorporated in a medium density city centre. The project proposes living spaces designed to respect the right distance between private and public space. While stimulating collective intergenerational activities, such as gardening or DIY, the project favours integration by reducing the occupants' expenses.
